Follow the steps below:
Access the Operational > Management tab;
Click the dark blue button in the upper right corner of the screen (Add).
3. Enter the desired task name and select the format that aligns with the task;
4. Click Save;
Note: The "mandatory item" field ensures the task cannot be completed unless all required fields are filled out.
Checkbox and Alternatives are different, as explained below:
Checkbox: Used when more than one answer is allowed.
Example: Vehicle checklist where multiple options can be selected.
Alternatives: Used when only one answer is allowed, such as Yes or No.
Example: Is the vehicle in good condition?
