In this section, you can manage the types of service orders by categorizing tasks such as installation, maintenance, and removal. You can also configure custom sections to organize the flow of activities, such as pending tasks, completed tasks, or canceled ones. This structure helps optimize processes and improve the tracking of completed work.
Follow the steps below:
Access the Organization > Companies > More Details tab;
Click on Operations to define the flows;
Add the type of service your company provides to the list and click Save;
List the sections for each service, as shown in the example below.
