Discover the new Audit module for managing your database.

✨ The Audit module is here to revolutionize platform management!

It serves as a centralized hub that gathers all changes made across the system's main modules, enabling you to track a complete history of your database in detail. With this feature, you can identify who made each modification, when it was done, and for which company, ensuring greater transparency and data management security.

Where to Find the Module?

The Audit module is located in the lower-left corner of the screen, as shown in the image below. It is designed to be user-friendly, offering a clear view of the information that truly matters.

Who Can Use It?

Both Administrator and Collaborator profiles have access to the module, allowing them to track activities performed on the platform and maintain full control over operations.

What Can Be Monitored?

Using the Audit module, you can track changes in the following modules:

  • Chips

  • Users

  • Company

  • Work Orders

  • Protocols

  • Vehicles

    Note: Currently, associations are not yet mapped, but this feature will be expanded soon!

Details on Each Record

For each entry, you can view:

  • Who performed the action;

  • The date and time of the modification;

  • The type of change (creation, editing, or deletion);

  • Specific information about each operation;

By clicking the icon on the right side of each record, you can access more details.

Viewing Full History

At the bottom right, clicking the "View History" button lets you review all records associated with that item:
