The Companies module provides autonomy to manage your affiliates, allowing the creation of subsidiary companies for better regional management and specific metrics. With this module, each company will have more extensive control over communication and services, making it easier to identify specific solutions for each team.
On the Organization > Companies > More details screen, you can edit and view the registered data for each company.
🟡 When adding a subsidiary company, users associated with it will only have access to the resources and information assigned to that company. For example, user registrations, vehicles, and devices. Therefore, when creating a new registration for this subsidiary company, make sure to correctly assign it as a Company.
How do I register my company?
To register a new company on the platform, follow these steps:
Click on New item on the button located on the left side.
Select the Companies option.
Fill in the fields with the corresponding information for the new company:
Name: Enter the company name.
CNPJ: Enter the company's CNPJ number.
Email: Provide the company's email address.
Contact: Enter the name of the company's primary contact.
Time Zone: Choose the correct time zone for the company.
Phone: Enter the company's phone number.
After filling in all the necessary information, click Save to add the new company to the system.
❗ Make sure to provide accurate and complete information for the correct company registration.

💡 Filling out the assistance center and theft/robbery center is important so that your customer can quickly access these contacts when needed.
🛠 Assistance center and theft/robbery center: There is a call icon in the user's application that they can click to directly call the number that has been registered in the assistance center and theft/robbery center within the Companies tab.
Call: By clicking on this icon 📞, you will be given the option to choose which of the registered numbers you want to call. This number is used to assist the customer and in cases of vehicle recovery when needed."
