Each device has its own numbering corresponding to its IMEI and Identifier. We recommend checking this information in the manual of each device.

❗After registration, the IMEI cannot be edited in two situations:

When the device belongs to Softruck and is included in rental plans. When the device has already reported on the platform.

Make sure that when registering, all information was entered correctly before communicating with the system.
