In this article, we will outline the features of the administrator app.

We have exciting updates on the Softruck platform! The Development and Product teams are constantly working to deliver new features on the platform, aiming to further support and optimize our partners' operations.

To download the app, click the links bellow:

With it, you can register accounts and view your entire database in real-time.

After downloading the administrator app, log in with your username and password:

Once you access the app, you'll have an overview of your application, including Risk Rate, Database of Registrations, Map, Disconnections, and Dashboard.

In your app, you will have access to the following features:

Risk Rate:

This refers to the average time devices in your base were without GSM coverage.

Database:

This refers to the number of registrations you have on the platform. By clicking on Devices/Users/Vehicles, you will be directed to the screen showing all corresponding registrations.

To add a device, click on Device. After that, you will see the following screen:

This screen displays all devices currently in your base, and you have the option to add new ones. Simply click Add and fill in the required information.

To add a user, click on User. After that, you will see the following screen:

This screen displays all users currently in your base, and you have the option to add new ones. Simply click Add and fill in the required information.

To add a vehicle, click on Vehicle. After that, you will see the following screen.

This screen displays all vehicles currently in your base, and you have the option to add new ones. Simply click Add and fill in the required information.

In the Map, you will be able to see all your vehicles in real time! Here is an example:

When you want to view devices that are not showing power, click on **Disconnections**. These devices are detecting zero power. Carefully check what might have actually occurred.

Through the Dashboard, you will have control over devices that are not updating and those that are, all in a fully visual way!
