Hinova SGA Integration

✅ For the integration with Hinova's SGA, it is necessary for the Softruck customer to provide some information for the integration to be registered. Here are the required details:

  • Company:

  • CNPJ (Tax ID):

  • Token:

  • Will you activate a user, vehicle, or both?

  • Should all entities not in the "Active" status be deactivated? Example: Delinquent, canceled, inactive, etc.

🔴 We require the following routes to be mandatory enabled in the access token for successful synchronization:

📖 The integration with the SGA works as follows:

Once a day, the SGA integration is run, where we use the user provided by the customer to access the API. We use the routes provided by Hinova, which are detailed above, and upon accessing, we check which users and vehicles are within the IDs that should be registered or modified here in Softruck. It’s important to note that our API consumption from SGA is only for queries, and we do not make any edits to the SGA account.

When we consume the API, it only returns certain information. For example, when we request vehicle data, the integration provides us with the following details:

  • Vehicle Code

  • License Plate

  • Chassis

  • RENAVAM (National Vehicle Registration Number)

  • Manufacturing Year

  • Model Year

  • Fipe Value

  • Fipe Code

  • Vehicle Type Description

  • Brand Description

  • Model Code

  • Model Description

    When searching for users, it returns the following data:

  • Associated Name

  • CPF (Taxpayer ID)

  • RG (Identity Document)

  • Date of Birth

The SGA integration only includes users and vehicles, and it is necessary to manually link the device to the vehicle.

To complete the SGA integration registration, simply send the filled-out data to our Technical Support.
