✨ In this section, you can manage the service orders created for providers, ensuring full control over installation, maintenance, and other operational processes. View details such as status, priority, associated vehicle, and schedules to keep your operations organized and efficient.
Follow these steps:
Go to the Operational > Service Orders tab;
Click on the dark blue button in the upper-right corner of the screen (Add);
Fill in the fields below to create the order as shown in the GIF;
To define the "type" and "section," you can access this link where you’ll find the configuration details > Configuring Service Order Operations
To search for already saved terms, click this link > Configuration and Management of Tracking Contracts in the System

To create a task, you can either click the + button to add a new one or select from the saved ones using the second icon, as shown in the GIF below:
You can attach documents and request the service provider’s signature and the costumer's.
