Learn how to link a user and a device to a vehicle in a practical and fast way.
How to link the vehicle to a user and a device There are two ways for you to link these two pieces of information. Let's go through the process of one of the association methods.
After filling out the information, click on "Complete Registration" to add the user and link the equipment.
Enter the user's name in the corresponding field and select it from the displayed list. Then, click on the add button (+) in the right corner.
🟡 Remember that it is allowed to link more than one user to a vehicle.
To link the equipment, click on "Add Devices."
To link the device, you need to have the Identifier or IMEI of the device at hand, add this information, and save.
Second way of linking the vehicle to user and device
The second method for linking involves accessing the "Management > Vehicles" section in the left corner of the screen.
Search for the vehicle you registered, and access "More Details" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Please note that you will find the section "General > Device Association History." Click on the add button (+), add the device, and save.
Repeat the same process with users, and new users will now be linked to your vehicle.
