How Do I Remove My Device from the Platform?

This guide will teach you how to remove the tracker from your system quickly and efficiently, ensuring the process is done safely.

How to remove a device from the platform:

Access the ORGANIZATION and DEVICES sections located in the upper-left corner of the screen. Use the search bar to find the device by its IMEI or identifier, then click on "More Details."


Deactivate the device before proceeding to the next step. Once deactivated, click on Remove.

A new window will appear. Enter the word "remove" and then click on the red REMOVE button.

Process Complete, the device and SIM card data have now been removed.

Important Notes:

  • Once a device is removed, billing will stop immediately, and all historical data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

  • Devices can only be removed if they are not owned by Softruck.
